Guidelines for Common Inquiries

1. Tide predictions don't match the actual sea level?

Real-time sea levels are heavily influenced by meteorological conditions such as atmospheric pressure and wind (storm surges). Astronomical tide tables predict celestial gravity influences. Please refer to local marine warnings during extreme weather.

2. Requesting a new station?

If you cannot find your local fishing port or beachcombing spot, email us its Name (local and English), Country/Region, and approximate coordinates (Latitude/Longitude). We will extract, calibrate, and add the station as soon as possible.
